Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to analyze perceived social competence levels of individuals taking pedagogical formation training in terms of some variables. The quantitative survey method was used in this study. Study group in this research consists of 260 individuals taking pedagogical formation training at Kayseri Erciyes University Faculty of Education during the 2014-2015 academic year. The data was collected by using “Personal Information Forms”, developed by the researcher and to determine the perceived social competence levels of individuals, the “Perceived Social Competence Scale”, which was developed by Anderson- Butcher, Iachini and Amorose (2007), and adapted into Turkish by kın, A., Akın, Ü., Gediksiz, E., Arslan, S., Sariçam, H., Yalnız, A. (2012), were used.
