The Influence Of Informal Groups On Organizational Socializaton Of Primary School Teachers

The aim of this study is to determine the influence of informal groups on organizational socialization process of primary school teachers. The sampling of the study in this research consisted of 61 primary school teachers in the city centre of Aksaray, in 2012-2013 academic year. For the effectiveness of this study, the design of case study method which is one of the qualitative research methods is used. The data were collected through semi-structured interview form and the interviews were recorded with a voice recorder. Descriptive analysis method was used for the analysis of qualitative data obtained through interviews. According to the results obtained, from the first day at school, teachers have got help from colleagues in informal groups.
