Abstract :
In this study is aim to determine the perceptions of secondary school teachers about their principals’ distributional leadership behaviours. The study was a descriptive survey, used scanning model. The data of study was collected with “Distributed Leadership Readiness Scale (DLRS)”. According to the findings, the secondary school teachers make statements about their principals’ distributional leadership behaviour exhibition as “Sometimes” level for Mission, Vision and Goals and Leadership Practices sub-dimensions, and as “Usually” level for School Culture and Shared Responsibility sub-dimensions. According to teachers’ working years in the school variable, it was observed significant differences in all the sub-dimensions. While it was observed significant differences according to gender and type of school variables in Mission, Vision and Goals sub dimensions, it was not observed any differences according to education level and the type of task variables.
