Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to develop a scale to measure attitudes of elementary level students towards digital technologies. The participants of the study were 689 students enrolled in five different elementary level schools in Ankara during the 2013-2014 education year. For the reliability and validity analysis of the Attitude towards Digital Technology (ATDT) scale, content validity, construct validity, corrected item-total correlations, Cronbach’s Alpha co-efficient, and two split-half correlation tests were carried out. Moreover, the scale were tested through confirmatory factor analysis and it was confirmed that the model has a good fitness index. As a result of the analyses, it was found that the scale has eight factors with 39 items.
