Abstract :
Basically, this article emphasizes human capital reformation in klalaysia by focussing on the role played by Islamic higher learning institutions. in order to achieve such an objective, it is suggested that the subject of critical and problem solving skills be implemented at selected islamic higher learning institutions in Malaysia. This article is divided into several sections: the introduction to the study; the subject of critical and problem solving skills and its relationship to the reformation of islamic higher learning institutions in Malaysia; the response and paradigm of the Islamic higher learning populace on the issues; the alternative paradigm for the subject of critical and problem solving skills in Malaysia; and the conclusion and summary.
