Abstract :
Purpose: The purpose of this study is the determine types of abutments and frequency of using angled abutment for the cementable restorations for every teeth position and also determine the dental technicihan’s education and dental labaratory’s conditions. Material and Methods: A questionnaire was developed with two sections, applied in the dental labaratory. First section included questions about implant locations,material and type of prostheses, and also type and degree of the abutment in use. Second section included questions about dental technician’s education, experiance about implant supported prostheses and conditions of dental laboratory. Results: 159 angleded, 109 milled, 105 straight and 27 solid abutments were seen in 400 cast. Conclusion: Most frequent employed were angulated abutments in the cementable restorations. They are frequently used upper insicors region.
