Abstract :
The aim of this research was to identify the relationship between transformational leadership of headmaster and the commitment of teachers in the Special Education Integration Programme in Kedah. This research used quantitative methods using questionnaires that were distributed to 261 respondents involved in this research. The data were analyzed using SPSS version20.0 (Statistical Packagefor Social Sciences for Windows Version20.0). The findings reported that there was no significant difference between transformational leadership of headmaster and the commitment of teachers in the Special Education Integration Programme in Kedah. The results also showed that there was significant difference between transformational leadership of headmaster and organizational commitment that based on the level of academic back ground.
