Abstract :
Aim: This study is done for the satisfaction of patients’ for nursing care and to determine the varieties which effect the pleasure.Method: The subjects of the survey are 165 volunters patients. Datas are collected by using questionnaire from and “Scales of Satisfaction for Nursing Care” which is developed by Emir Eşer (in 2004).Results: It is determined that the avarage ages of the patients included in research are 51.35±16.28, 54% of them are women. It is determined that 57.6% of patients have stayed in hospital 3-7 days. It is found that the total pleasure point is 132.48±20.90 in this study. It has been determined that according to the patients age, the avarage points are reasonably higher as statistically to the patients in young ages (p 0.005) whereas there is no reasonable difference among their points in the sight of their sex and education (p 0.05). It is determined that there is no reasonable difference as statistically among the avarage of pleasure total point according to the condition and days that they stay in hospital and if they have a companion or not. Conclusion: As a result, the patients included in the study of nursing services, satisfaction levels are high level, patient satisfaction is affected by age.
