The Scales for Assessment of Individualized Care

Individualized care is an expression of respect for uniqueness of the individual that occur with spesific nursing care. Also it is an indicator for the quality of car. There are few studies related to evaluation of individualized care and need valid and reliable tools for using in these studies in our country. This article gives information about Individualized Care Scale and the Individualized Care Scale-Nurse that allows the evaluation by the point of view of both patients and nurses, to what extent are performed individualism.
