lh is investigation was carried our on peripheral hloml samples. which were drawn rrom patients with typhoid lever. f-ifteen paticnl! aging 35- 4-5 ye:ars old :IS well as ten sample~ VCr~ collected from hcnllhy persons, -at the same range of age. Sera were used for estimation the a .:tivity and specific activity of ADA.
