Abstract :
Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) is defined
as coronary artery dissection that is not associated with atherosclerosis, trauma, or iatrogenic injury. Herein, we present a case
of recurrent SCAD of unknown etiology and also discuss indications for revascularization and optimal management
