Abstract :
This study aims to evaluate EU-China economic and trade relations using the theory of interdependence formulated by Keohane and Nye. The current situation of economic and trade relations between these two powers will be analyzed with different economic indicators to demonstrate the asymmetry in this interdependent relationship. Based on the assumption that asymmetries in interdependence is a source of power, this paper discusses the impact of asymmetrical interdepence to power dynamics between the EU and China.
