Abstract :
We report a case of a 30-year-old male who presented with signs and symptoms of respiratory infection with left lower lobe
consolidation and cardiomegaly on a chest radiography. The presence of cardiomegaly lead to further cardiac evaluation
revealing giant coronary aneurysms. The patient was treated conservatively with Coumadin and aspirin and has done well at
four years of follow-up.
