Abstract :
Bloodvesselsaretheimportantcomponentsofthecirculatorysystemsthattransportbloodthroughoutthehumanbodyandmaintainthehomeostasisofphysiologicaltissues .Pathologically,bloodvesselsareoftenaffectedbydiseases,leadingtotheformationofunstable,irregular,andhyperpermeablebloodvessels.Inthetumormicroenvironment,abnormalleakageoftumorbloodvesselsisrelatedtothehistologicalgradeandmalignantpotentialoftumorsandmayalsofacilitatemetastasisofcancer.Visualdiagnosisofbloodvesselsisveryimportantforustounderstandtheoccurrenceanddevelopmentofdiseases. Multiphotonmicroscopy(MPM) isapotentiallabel-freediagnostictoolbasedonsecondharmonicgeneration (SHG) andtwo-photonexcitedfluorescence(TPEF).MPMcaneffectivelyobservethemorphologicalchangesofbiologicaltissuesatthemolecularandcellularlevels.Inthiswork,wedemonstratethatlabel-free MPM canbeusedtovisualizethemicrostructureofbloodvesselsinhumannormalbreastandbreasttumortissue. Moreover,MPM canmonitorthechangesofbloodvesselsintumormicroenvironment.TheseresultsshowthattheMPMwillbecomeapromisingtechniqueforclinicianstostudythepropertiesofthemicrostructureofthebloodvessels
