Declaration of legal event and legal reports

Legal report is a document which is demanded from physician by judicial offices and remove contains answers about person’s medical situation. Doctors have many responsibilities such as writing legal report, other than just diagnosing and treating. But doctors mostly do not fulfill their responsibility of writing legal report or legal event’s declaration due to lack of knowledge and experience or to avoid responsibility. So some guidelines are published for preventing unwanted circumstances to provide standardization. In this study, we are aiming to emphasize legal and medical aspects of legal event’s declaration and writing legal report.
