Abstract :
Despite significant developments in the treatment of hypertension, hypertension continues to be one of the most important health problem in the developed and developing countries in recent years. Lots of observational studies showed a continuous relationship with cardiovascular morbidity and mortality in both systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The main purpose of the treatment of hypertension is to reduce cardiovascular disease with morbidity and mortality due to cardiovascular disease. Because the high prevalence of hypertension, World Health Organization reports that high blood pressure is the leading cause of death worldwide. Therefore, hypertension in the future will continue to appear as a major health problem. Therefore continuously updated guidelines are needed. Hypertension guidelines aim to guide for diagnostic approaches and to devise a therapeutic approach.
