Abstract :
It is necessary to have adequate knowledge about histology, functional anatomy, biomechanics and injury pathology of the musculoskeletal system to understand the pathophysiology and clinical features of work related musculoskeletal disorders caused by abnormal and repetitive stresses. Moreover, this knowledge is also important to give proper treatment and take ergonomic precautions preventing recurrence.
