Abstract :
Treatment with tumor necrosis factor-α antagonists can cause paradoxical adverse effects such as psoriasis induction. Underlying mechanisms of this paradoxical effect are not known yet. In this report, 2 cases of new-onset psoriasis which occurred during treatment with adalimumab for ankylosing spondylitis were described.
