Five papers make up this issue. The first one, titled The Justifications andLegal Framework for Liberalising Intra -OIC Trade, by Haniff Ahamat,finds, before examining the factors of justifications and legal framework forthe liberalisation of intra-OIC trade, that intra-OIC trade is still low involume and in proportion if compared to other trade systems andconcentrated in few OIC Member States and in certain products.
