Abstract :
چكيده زمينه و هدف : ارزشيابي اساتيد به عنوان يكي از استراتژي هاي مهم براي ارتقاي كيفيت آموزشي مورد توجه دانشگاههاست. اين مطالعه با هدف تعيين ملاك هاي سنجش عملكرد اساتيد در دروس نظري از ديدگاه دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم پزشكي گلستان انجام شد. روش بررسي : اين مطالعه توصيفي- تحليلي در سال 1387 برروي 330 دانشجوي رشته هاي مختلف تحصيلي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي گلستان كه از طريق تصادفي(طبقه اي) نمونه گيري شدند، صورت گرفت. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه اي روا و پايا مشتمل بر 63 سيوال بسته، در حيطه هاي عوامل حرفه اي، علمي و فردي بود. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از طريق نرم افزار آماري SPSS و از طريق آمار توصيفي و آزمون هاي آماري t مستقل، آناليز واريانس و ضريب همبستگي پيرسون انجام گرفت. يافته ها : نمونه ها 3 /73 درصد(242نفر) دختر و 7/26درصد پسر بودند. ويژگي هاي حرفه اي اساتيد با ميانگين42/0± 22/4، مهم-ترين عامل در ارزشيابي بود و ويژگي هاي علمي و فردي آنان به ترتيب با ميانگين 55/0± 14/4 و52/0± 86/3 در اولويت بعدي قرار داشتند. در بخش ويژگي هاي حرفه اي« توانايي اساتيد در تفهيم درس» با ميانگين 96/0± 64/4 ، در بخش ويژگي هاي علمي « توان علمي و دانش اساتيد» با ميانگين57/0± 65/4 و دربخش ويژگي هاي فردي«صبرو حوصله و اخلاق خوب اساتيد» با ميانگين68/0± 61/4 بيشترين نمره را به خود اختصاص دادند.4/62 درصد معتقد بودند كه در بيان نظراتشان صداقت دارند و4/59 درصد نيز ارزيابي شان را قابل اعتماد دانستند. نتيجه گيري : علي رغم مهم بودن ويژگي هاي علمي اساتيد، توانايي وي در تفهيم درس و بيان شيوا از اهميت بالايي در نزد دانشجويان برخوردار است. مي توان از نظرات دانشجويان به عنوان يك بخش مهم از ارزشيابي اساتيد استفاده كرد و همراه با آن نواقص و كاستي هاي موجود را شناسايي و مرتفع كرد.
Farsi abstract :
Background and Objective: Teachers’ evaluation is considered one of the important strategies
for education quality enhancement in universities. The objective of the current study was to
investigate the students’ viewpoints about the evaluation criteria of teacher’s performance in
theoretical courses in Golestan University of Medical Sciences.
Material and Methods: This cross- sectional study was conducted, in 2008, on 330 students of
various disciplines. They were recruited via stratified random sampling and asked to fill out a
valid and reliable questionnaire including 63 closed questions, which are related to individual,
scientific and professional fields. Using SPSS software, we analyzed the data by descriptive
statistics, independent t-test, and Anova and Pearson correlation.
Results: Seventy-three-point-three (n=242) are females and 26.7% (n=88) males. The most
important factors in teacher's evaluation are Professional characteristics (4.22±0.42).Their
scientific ability (4.14) and individual characteristics (3.86%), respectively, are the other factors.
In professional characteristics, “The verbal skills and teaching methods with the mean of 4.64;
in scientific ability, the knowledge and scientific power with the mean of 4.65 and in
individual issue, “patience and good humor with the mean of 4.61 are the most important issues.
Sixty-two-point-four percent of students believe that they are honest about their evaluation and
59.4% of them claim that their evaluation is reliable.
Conclusion: In spite of the importance of the scientific abilities, the verbal skills and teaching
methods are considered the most prominent ones. The Students’ viewpoints can be used as an
important part of teachers' evaluation for recognizing and eliminating the shortcomings.
