Abstract :
Phytochemical investigation of the stem bark of Azadirachta indica resulted in the isolation of an acyclic norditerpene 2, 6, 10, 14-tetramethyl pentadeca-8-en-2, 7 β-diol (azadirechterpinol A) (1), a monocyclic homoditerpene 2, 6, 10-trimethyl-l4-cyclopent-15-enyl-o-tetradecan-6α, 8α- diol (azadirterpinol B) (2), a sterol glycoside stigmast-5, 7-dien-3 β-ol-β-D-glucopyranoside (3) and an acyclic norsesquiterpenic acid 9, 9-dimethyl decan-7-en-2-o1-11,12-dioic acid (azadirachtoic acid) (4), along with the aliphatic constituents 6-methyl-n-triacontane (5), n-heptacosan- 8 β-ol (6) and n-hexacosanoic acid (7).
The structures of all these phytoconstituents have been illustrated on the basis of spectral data analyses and chemical reactions.

لقد نتج من المسح الكيميائي لخلاصة نبات أزاديراتشا إنديكا (azadirachta indica) عزل المركبات التربينية و الستيرويدية التالية : Azadirechterpinol A (1)، azadirterpinol B) (2)، stigmast-5, 7-dien-3b-ol-b-D-glucopyrano-SIDE (3)، azadirachtoic acid) (4)، بالإضافة إلى المركبات الهيدروكربونية (5-7).
و قد تم التعرف على بناء المركبات المعزولة باستخدام طرق التحليل الطيفي المختلفة، و كذلك التفاعلات الكيمائية.
