Abstract :
A number of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidine-2-thiones 2a-d, have been synthesized using microwaveirradiation in an appreciable yield. Cyclisation of 2a-c with different reagents gave thethiazolopyrimidinone derivatives 3-5. Reaction of dimedone with aromatic aldehydes and thiourea usingmicrowave irradiation afforded the xanthenedione 8a,b as a major product. The prepared compounds werefully identified by spectroscopic methods.

تم تحضير عدد من 1، 2، 3، 4-رباعي هيدروبيريميدين-2-ثيون 2a-d بكميات جيدة بإستخدام التشعيع بالموجات متناهية الصغر.
و قد أعطت حولقة المركبات 2a-c بكواشف مختلفة مشتقات ثيازولوبيريميدينون 5-3.
و قد أعطى تفاعل دايمدون مع الألدهيدات العطرية و الثيوريا-بالتشعيع بالموجات متناهية الصغر-مركبات زانثين داي أون 8a, b كمركبات رئيسة.
و قد تم التعرف على المركبات المحضرة بالطرق الطيفية
