Abstract :
The present study aimed to investigate ate the effect of organizational entrepreneurship on creativ eativitity and perception of students' ability in technical high schhoo ools of Sistan and Baluchestan. The research methodod was a descriptive-correlational study. The sample of the pe present study consisted of 368 students of technical high sc schools in Sistan and Baluchestan. The research data were collectedcollected using Questionnaires of Hill Organizational Entreprepreneurship (1996), Torrance's Creativity (1979) and Spritzer Spritzer and Mishra's (1998) Ability Perception. The confirmmatoratory factor analysis (CFA) method and the structural equatioequation model (SEM) were used based on the Lisrel sofsofttware. The findings suggest that the impact of organizationtional entrepreneurship on creativity and ability perceptionn is significant at the level of 95% confidence and path coeffcoefficient between organizational entrepreneurship and creativicreativity is 0.89 and organizational entrepreneurship and abilitability perception is 0.86, which indicates the positive impactpact of organizational entrepreneurship on creativity and perceptioception of ability. Furthermore, the effect of organizationalzational actions, individual attitude, flexibility, reward status, entreptrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial culture at 95% conf% confidence level and path coefficient between organizationtional actions, individual attitude, flexibility, reward status, atus, entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial culture re and creativity are 0.71, 0.81, 0.65, 0.87, 0.79, 0.80, , respectively, which indicate the positive and significant t effect of these factors on creativity and the path coeffcoefficient between organizational actions, individual attitude,attitude, flexibility, reward status, Entrepreneurial leadership ip and entrepreneurial culture and ability perception are 0.6969, , 0.79, 0.70, 0.80, 0.75, and 0.85, respectively, showing g a positive effect of these factors on ability perception. The e results showed that organizational entrepreneurship throrough the dimensions and characteristics of organizational actionactions, individual attitude, flexibility, reward status, entreptrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial culture affect the e creativity and perception of students' ability in Sistatan and Baluchestan technical high schools.
