Abstract :
The role of education and retraining in o organizations is important; in a way that education affair coir composes one of the most important concerns of the manag gers ers and policy makers of effective organizations. The purpopurpose of this research is to design an educational effectiveenness model for the governance organizations employeeees with a structural equation modeling approach in Iran. In In order to achieve the research goal, a sequential mixed metethod has been used, which includes two qualitative and quanquantitative parts. In the qualitative part of the research, interviterview has been used. Necessary information and data were ere collectedcollected from experts and senior managers of the goverovernance organization and then the design of the educational al effectiveness model for the governance organization zation eemployees has been validated by structural equations. To o in investigate the expertise validity of the research mod odel, el, the fuzzy Delphi method was used, for which the identiidentified indicators were sent to the experts over several perperiods, and after the performed adjustments, 56 indicators wwere ere confirmed. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to evalto evaluate the validity of the research variables construct. T Thhe research results showed that the educational effectivveeness model for the governance organization employees hhaas two parts: the main factors and their indicators. TThhis model has been composed of indicators that are the corcore and heart of this model and are the basis for evaluaatingting the educational effectiveness, which are called effective effective factors.
