Abstract :
A-28-year-old woman presented at the outpatient clinic with
a complaint of dizziness. She denied a syncope or presyncope.
She did not have a history of drug use. Her medical history was
normal. Physical examination findings were normal. Her heart
rate and blood pressure were 95 and 130/75, respectively. Her
electrocardiogram is displayed in Figure 1. A 30-second rhythm
strip also showed the same rhythm. Echocardiography findings
were normal. Laboratory test results were normal. What is your
preliminary diagnosis?
