Abstract :
In the present era, due to the growing number of mental and physical illnesses, it seems necessary to address the concept of illness from the perspective of Islamic teachings and explain its place in the school curriculum. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explain the need to teach the concept of disease from the perspective of Islamic teachings and study it in the document of fundamental change of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Examining the concepts and examples of physical illness and its consequences on the soul and psyche, generally as an inevitable thing, includes the life cycle of the general public. And considered religious beliefs and beliefs to be effective in overcoming the period of illness. In the present descriptive study, the concept of disease in three categories of the impact of spirituality from the perspective of researchers, its fruits from the perspective of verses and hadiths and the need to address it in the curriculum of students were examined and according to Islamic teachings, concepts Various diseases were inferred, including affliction and trial, divine expediency, atonement and purification of sins, punishment and discipline, growth and perfection, flip, attention to God, reward and divine providence. On the other hand, the Document of Document of Fundamental Transformations in Education as an upstream document of education was analyzed by emphasizing the identified concepts of the concept of disease from the perspective of Islam and its results showed that this concept has not been addressed in different parts of the document.
