Dear Sir, We appreciate the interest shown by Dr. Hobaika in our case report. The aim of our case report was to highlight the acute cardiac toxic effect of adriamycin in patients undergoing surgery under general anesthesia. Though previous literature has described various arrhythmias in these groups of patients, report of cardiovascular collapse is not described.
