Abstract :
On behalf of the Department of Anesthesiology at the American University of Beirut (A.U.B.), and the Middle East Journal of Anesthesiology (MEJA), I announce with great sadness to the Faculty of AUB, and to our Anesthesiology colleagues in Lebanon and all over the Arab World, the passing away of one of our great pillars of Anesthesiology, Dr. Fouad Salim Haddad.
