Amplification and cloning the gene of bovine leukocyte α-A-interferon in cells of Escherichia Coli

Interferon’s plays a role in innate immune responses through upregulation of costimulatory molecules and induction of proinflammatory cytokines. Interferon alpha (IFN α) type of Interferons.
