EDITORIAL: To the memory of late Prof. Hassan Al-Hazimi

This special issue, (Chemistry: The Universal Language), of the Journal of Saudi Chemical Society is dedicated to the memory of Professor Hassan Al-Hazimi of King Saud University. He passed away on the 26th of May 2011 at the age of 61. Prof. Al-Hazimi devoted his entire career, spanning more than 40 years, not only towards the understanding the organic chemistry but also in the teaching and stimulating people from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the field of natural products chemistry. The Dean of the College of Science, the Head of Chemistry Department, the faculty and staff members along with the multitude of students are willing to pledge a firm commitment to the realizing and fulfilling the dreams of late Prof. Al-Hazimi.
