Golden Jubilee - Messages: DOWN MEMORY LANE

I came to do my Master s in library sciences in January 1971 from Bangkok. I was working in International School Bangkok s elementary library (gr. 1-6) after doing my BA in 1969, that s how I drifted and then chose librarianship for my career. I was very much influenced by Mr. Ambekar, our Hindu neighbor, my father s colleague in UN/ESCAP a librarian ...always with a book in his hand, man of few words but whenever spoke impressed me with his knowledge and enlightened views.
