The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment of female college librarians in Lahore. To achieve the objectives of the study 15 hypotheses were developed. A descriptive survey was conducted for data collection. The respondents of this study were all female librarians working in different colleges of the Lahore district. All these colleges were affiliated with Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized universities and were delivering education at a minimum of graduation level. There were 50 colleges in Lahore affiliated with five universities. Data was collected from all 61 on job female librarians.
