Abstract :
Bartter syndrome is a rare metabolic renal tubular disorder characterized by hypokalaemic, hypochloraemic metabolic alkalosis, normal blood pressure, hyper-reninaemia and increased urinary loss of sodium, potassium and chloride . Its estimated prevalence is 1 per million.
