MODULES WITH THE QUASI-PURE SUM PROPERTY

Let R be a commutative ring with identity and M be a unitory -module. We say that M has the quasi-pure sum property (qpsp), if the sum of any two pure submodules of M is quasi-pure. In this paper we study modules with this property and we give a characterization of some kind of rings in terms of modules with the quasi-pure sum property.
