Ottoman Empire-Persia Diplomatic Relations in Ottoman Empire Annuals (1847-1877)

İn this study, we went around the relations between Ottoman and Persia in the years 1847-1877 via the perspective of Ottoman Empire annuals. We tried to clarify how Tanzimat Reform Era and First Constitutionalist Period- these are two important climax periods of 19th century of Ottoman Empire- reflect on Ottoman- Persia diplomatic relations through the delegates of governments. We specified not only the people who are assuming the fiduciary duties of Ottoman Empire and Persia foreign diplomacy, but also what kind of a duty the officers of these diplomats on. İn addition we aimed to see foreign policy approaches of these two countries by comparing the numeric datas of these officiers and embassy standards.
