Abstract :
In this article an effort has been made to analyze two years of Benazir Bhutto s government after the demise of Zia. It will be seen, how far Pakistan People’s Party and other political parties, after assuming the charge of government at the centre and in the provinces transform their political agenda into practical reality. Agenda of Pakistan Peoples Party was, like any political government in the world, development and betterment of the people. In this context state-society matrix remain vibrant if parties or any other group work according to the priorities of the people. In this article the performance of the central and provincial governments will be judged in the deliverance of development to the people of different regions.
