Abstract :
In this paper, a proposed method for improving the performance of gyrotron is presented. The method is based on using nonlinear increase of the dc magnetic field. We achieved maximum efficiency of 82% using this proposed method. For higher mode TE106 we achieved maximum efficiency of about 89%.
