Research is conducted using Grounded Theory in qualitative research paradigm to explore their professional virtues as the role model to their children. Rich data are collected using semistructured interviews, document analysis and observations. The research has discovered six main professional virtues of Ibu Mithālī: hardworking; bravery; patience; healthy life style; cleanliness and punctuality. The virtues are pertinent to efficient family management, individual success, career development and community well-being.
