Abstract :
Improving the nutritional status of communities is possible just giving effective nutrition education. Childhood is an important period to give nutrition education because habits are formed in this period. Thanks to proper nutrition education, children will become healthier adults. Schools offer many opportunities to plan effective nutrition education. However, while nutrition education with using classical methods only increases nutrition knowledge level, active participation education is more effective in forming healthy eating habits. For this purpose, there is a need for more qualified education tools to be used in nutrition education.
