Tafsir al-Nasafi dan tafsir al-Jalalayn : Kajian perbandingan daripada aspek huruf al-Tahajji

The article is a comparative study between two well known Quranic exegeses i.e. Tafsir Madarik al-Tanzil wa Haqa’iq al-Ta’wil of al-Imam al-Nasafi [m. 701h.] and Tafsir al-Jalalayn of Jalal al-Din al-Mahalli [m.864h.] and Jalal al-Din al-Suyuti [m.911 h.]. In general, it discusses on the position of the letters of al-tahajji (al-ahruf al-muqatta`ah) in the Quran as well as to elaborate Muslim scholars’ views with regard those letters. In particular, the article aims to identify and analyze comparatively the views of the authors of Tafsir al-Nasafi and Tafsir al-Jalalayn. As a result, there are similarities and differences between the above mentioned tafsir with regard that issue
