Abstract :
This study included the effect of different injection antigen (Head, Body and Whole body and head) antigen of ticks species Rhipicephalus tornicus in local rabbit on some immunological criterions (The delaed hypersensitivity, level of immunoglobulins type IgG, IgA, IgM, and complement C3, C4, test of phagocytosis by method Nitroblutetrazolium (NBT) and migration inhibition factor of Neutrophil cell). The result showed significant increase in double- fold skin thickness and erythema area the highest skin thickness and erythema area 4.43 mm and 14.40 mm after 24 hrs in body, total antigen respectively. The NBT test showed significant increase in all treatment when compare with control Group and the highest percentage 8.69% in group of body antigen when compare with control group 5.2%. Where no significant effect of diameter of migration of Neutrophil cell in all group when compare with control group. Where show significant increase in all type of immunoglobuline when use all type of antigen. The highest level of IgG, IgA (3494, 627 mg/100ml) respectively when injection head antigen and the level of IgM 296 mg/ 100ml when used total antigen. Significant increase of complement C3, C4 and the highest level (432, 90 mg/ 100 ml) respectively when used the body antigen compare with control group 240, 35 mg/ 100 ml respectively. This study aimed to, isolation and identification of Salmonellae and Enteropathgenic E. coli in fresh water fish. This study was carried out on , a total of 140 random samples of fresh water fishes represented by Tilapia niloticus, Claries lazera, Bagrus bayad and Mugil cephalus (35 of each) were collected from different Markets inEl- Bohiera Governorate. The samples were placed separately in clean sterile plastic bags and transferred in an insulated ice box to the laboratory under complete aseptic conditions without any delay all collected samples were subjected to microbiological , biochemical and serological examination. The incidence of Salmonellae in tilapia, Mugil cephalus, Bagrus bayed and Clarias lazera 57.10, 17.1, 34.30and 17.1 respectively. While The incidence of E. coli in tilapia, Mugil cephalus, Bagrus bayed and Clarias lazera 57.10 , 91.40,100 and 100 respectively.
