Abstract :
This research aims to study the relationship between Manageiral capacity and future Anxiety among Delaying women in Marriage Age. Data were met through the application of research tools(General data form, Manageiral capacity scale, Future Anxiety scale) The sample of research was composed of (254) awoman of Delaying in marriage age from Fayoum Governorate and they are aged between (30-50) years, from different socio-economic levels, used also appropriate statistical analyzes. The main results of the study can be summarized as follows: There is indicative statistical differences at the level (0.01) among the axes of the Manageiral capacity (Decision Making and Problem Solving- Household Management- Conflict Management- Ability of Effective Communication with others) for Delaying women in marriage Age according to some variables of economical and social level (woman s age, woman s educational level, woman s work, place of residence, woman s monthly income). The relative importance varies of the dimensions of future anxiety for Delaying women in marriage Age. It was found that the anxiety of loneliness and isolation was ranked first place by (38.6%).the study showed also that anxiety of Life problems came in second place by (31.8%). it also became clear that the anxiety of Illness and Death came in third place by (29.6%). There is indicative statistical differences at the level (0.01) among the the dimensions of future anxiety (anxiety of Life problems- anxiety of loneliness and isolation -anxiety of Illness and Death) for Delaying women in marriage Age according to some variables of economical and social level (woman s age,woman s educational level, woman s work, place of residence, woman s monthly income(. The researcher confirmed that there is opposite correlation at the indicative level (0.01) among all axes of the Manageiral capacity and the dimensions of future anxiety for Delaying women in marriage Age. The researcher recommend stressing the role of the State represented by the Ministry of Social Solidarity in providing adequate support to women who are late in marriage, especially for non-working women and those of low educational level. The researcher also recommended stressing the establishment of educational programs and scientific seminars that deal with the comprehensive intellectual education that opens the cognitive horizons of the thought of women in their marriage and makes them continue their life better and with options that are far from the idea of concentration on marriage and reproduction only by joining them in social development projects and expanding their participation in professional and political life and public culture.
