Abstract
This research aims to investigate the relationship between perspective taking and creative thinking skills of 60-66 month-old children. Demographic Information Form, Torrance Creative Thinking Test Figure Test Form A, and Perspective Taking Test were administered for this purpose. The study group consists of 90 60-66 month-old-children attending state and private preschools in Ankara. The research is a quantitative study adopted in correlational survey design. As a result of the research, statistically significant relationships have been found between some dimensions of creative thinking skills and perspective taking skills. Besides, perspective taking and creative thinking skills of the children have been found to be significant according to the socioeconomic status, parental education and duration of preschool education.
