Abstract :
Persistent mullerian duct is a rare syn- drome secondary to anti-rnullerianhormone deficiency. Here we describethe case of a phenotypically fertilemale who presented with bilateral tender gynecomastia.Other than a left undescendent testicle,which was palpable in the inguinalcanal, he hadnormal external gentalia. Physical examinationrevealed an abdominal mass, palpable in the suprapubic area. The ectopic testicle showed endometrialtissue. Abdominal mass proved to bechoriocarcinoma. Later he developed di stant metastasisto the lung and paraortic area
