Abstract
Quality teachers produce quality students. Therefore, teachers should take some effort to improve themselves by learning continuously. Learning activities by individual and team, formal and informal are very important for teachers to enhance their knowledge and professionalism. This paper reports about teachers individual and team learning practices. The study was a survey research. The questionnaires were distributed to 321 in 14 High Performance School (SBT). Mean score analysis results showed that individual learning was practiced at high level by the teachers (mean score = 4.28 to 4.40). Teachers’ team learning was also practiced at high level (mean score = 4.17 to 4.48). Mann Whitney-U test indicated significant differences in some of the practices between two types of SBT namely National Secondary Schools (SMK) and Fully Residential Schools (SBP).
