Abstract :
Due to the world food and water crisis, many of the countries started several projects for the surface and underground water, Egypt is one of these countries, which used a global technique in remote sensing such as InSAR. This radar imaging use the interferometry technique to determine the altitude deformation of locations in the images. These deformations are detected by the comparing different images in different time for the same location which is proportional to the existing altitude. These images are very expensive. In this paper, we determine the optimum number of satellite images which are required to figure out the deformation of the altitude of a terrain by using Markov processes models. Moreover, we deduce the value of the probability of existing of deformation state of the terrain for the same location in a location.
