Abstract :
In this work we introduce anew concept namely MӨ - C -Multifunction.These are the Multifunction F:X→Y such that the inverse of every compact subset in Y is Ө - closed in X .We proved several Theorems about MӨ-C- Multifunction and we study the relations of MӨ-C- Multifunction with other types of functions.
