Abstract :
Fusion or germination associated with talon cusps are rare dental anomalies. These abnormalities affect both primary and permanent dentitions and can lead to aesthetic impairment, pain, caries and crowding. We are reporting a case of an uncommon double tooth with talon cusp of left central maxillary incisor, associated with agenesis of maxillary left lateral incisor.
