Abstract :
TMDs are musculoskeletal disorders that can be detrimental to quality of life because of their chronicity and difficulty of management: they are not psychological or social disorders. Counseling and reversible treatment modalities are first choice options. TMDs assessment, diagnostic subgroups, and management strategies are reviewed in this paper.
