Abstract :
Epulis fissuratum is an overgrowth of fibrous tissue that occurs when oral mucosa reacts to the irritation of an illfitting denture. This lesion must be surgically removed. Following healing, new denture must be fabricated in order to eliminate over extended flanges. We are reporting a case of epulis fissuratum removed by diode laser and prosthetically managed.
